With a strong passion for information technology and 25 years of direct field experience, Mr. West excels as Milliken's Information Services Director for Europe and Asia

WIGAN, ENGLAND, November 16, 2011 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Nigel P. West, Information Services Director for Europe and Asia for Milliken Industrials Ltd., has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in information technology.

While attending Staffordshire University in the 1980s, Mr. West developed a passion for information technology. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science in business information systems, and has since accrued more than 25 years of professional experience. Before moving into senior management he held many positions in project management and business analysis working for blue chip companies such as Rolls Royce, Bass, Allied Domecq and H.J. Heinz.

For the past seven years, Mr. West has worked for Milliken Industrials Ltd., as IS Director for Europe and Asia with responsibility for global projects such as SAP. In this capacity, he works with software, hardware, and global initiatives. A member of the British Computer Society, he intends to take on additional global responsibilities in the years to come.
